Terms of Service

1. Scope and parties

These Terms govern personal training and coaching services from shadowplanele.com, EDRPOU 45017501, Kyiv, Ukraine. By purchasing a session or package you enter into a service contract.

2. Bookings and payment

Sessions may be bought individually or as packages. Full payment is due before the first session. Prices include applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations, refunds and liability

Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Unused packages may be refunded within 14 days if no session was used. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. You must disclose relevant health conditions and follow safety instructions. Coaching is not medical advice. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

4. Complaints

Email contact@shadowplanele.com. We respond within 10 business days. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.

5. Legal basis

Consumer-facing information is in Ukrainian, with English additionally. We display identifying and contact information before contracting, process personal data including cookies and analytics, provide pre-contractual information on trader, service, price, payment, withdrawal and complaints, and keep advertising distinguishable, truthful and substantiated, under: Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015; the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian Language as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019; the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010; the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991; and the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
